I think that what you posted made a lot of sense. However, what about this? suppose you typed a catchier post title? I am not saying your content isn't solid, but what if you added a post title to possibly grab a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda vanilla. You ought to glance at Yahoo's home page and note how they write post headlines to get people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab readers interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
